Discovery Flights - Soaring Package

Soaring Package - $75.00

This 45 minute flight begins with a normal powered takeoff and a climb to 4,000 feet, at which time we will shutdown the engine and soar through the air in search of thermal and other sources of lift. At the end of our time we will restart the engine and head towards home for an assisted landing. This is the most economical way to determine whether or not flying is for you.

Please note: 
1. Unlike the other Discovery Flight packages, this package utilizes the two-place Grob109B motorglider and can therefore only accommodate the Discovery Flight passenger.  

2. All flights are subject to rescheduling due to unforeseen circumstances, such as bad weather and maintenance. Please check the Calendar when choosing the dates you would like to fly.
